Board and Council

Board:

• Maciej Bukowski - President of the Board

Ph.D. in economics, assistant professor at the Warsaw School of Economics, president of the Institute for Structural Research. In the past he headed the Department for Economic Analyses at the Polish Ministry of Economy. His research focuses on theory and practice of economic growth and macro-economic modelling.

• Julian Zawistowski - Vice President of the Board

A graduate of Warsaw School of Economics, vice president of the Institute for Structural Research, in the past an analyst of Polish National Bank, the Ministry of Economy and Labour and the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy. Coauthor of publications in the field of labor market policy and public finances.

Council:

• Paweł Kowal

An economist, expert of the Institute for Structural Research, responsible for the Program of Structural Modeling. In his scientific work he deals with modeling of macro- and microeconomic processes and numerical methods. Author of numerical libraries and packages, among others of those enabling simulation of general equilibrium models.

• Aleksandra Rutkowska

Founders' Assembly:

• Piotr Lewandowski

A scientific worker and PhD candidate at the Warsaw School of Economics, one of the founders of the Institute for Structural Research, former chairman of the Institute's Council. In his scientific work he deals with theoretical and empirical research in the field of labour economics, retirement policies and econometrics. Author of publications in the mentioned fields.
