The primary objective of this project was to improve the efficiency of actions undertaken by different labor market institutions and developing a methodology to predict the parameters of the labor market through:

- creating a system of continuous supply of current information on the labor market, to pursue development policies of Silesia,

- research and analysis on labor demand and supply in the region

- diagnosis of training needs, according to the needs and specifications of the regional labor market

- building partnerships for the exchange of information between institutions active in the labor market.
