Economywide Climate Migration. Modeling of PolandTags: international_projects, structural_modeling, environment, world_bank, projects_from_2010
Completion date: 15.06.2010
The aim under this project was the dynamic macroeconomic modeling work to develop a large-scale dynamic stochastic general equilibrium model relevant for carbon mitigation in Poland, parallel and complementary to a set of simpler computable general equilibrium (CGE) models that were used to experiment with the incorporation of the bottom-up sector level analysis into top-down economywide macroeconomic modeling. A national-level dynamic/intertemporal stochastic general equilibrium (DSGE) model for Poland will be used to analyze the impact of mitigation actions in relevant sectors such as energy and transport through 2030.
