Analysis of the factors forming the level of electric energy and heat prices as well as economic and social costs connected with it

The aim of the study was to identify the effects of potential changes in energy costs in division for enterprises and households sector. It allowed for detailed analysis of the economic costs, as well as social effects caused by possible prices change, what may be used for better assessment of potential energy policies realised by the country and regulating institutions, and also for assessment of the scale of the possible external shocks impact on economy, influencing the energy and its carriers prices.
