Expertise on scale and structure of the whole of expenditures incurred within National Development Plan in the period of 2004-2009 in regard to their impact on changes in Poland's Economy structure in the context of realisation of strategic development goals for the country

The main objective of expertise was to assess the impact in size and structure of the total expenditure under the National Development Plan for the period 2004-2009 on changes in  the structure of Polish economy in the context of realisation of the strategic pro-development objectives of the country. To achieve this aim the analysis focused on the impact of aid on innovative industries and the regional allocation of funds. Indirectly, the study also included the impact of completed projects on achieving and maintaining over a longer period of high GDP growth and increase employment and education levels. Direct impact of completed projects on the quality of transport infrastructure and information has gone beyond the scope of this expertise, as it does not involve the sectoral structure of the generated demand.
