Tags: macroeconomics, structural_modeling, ministry_of_economy, projects_from_2009

Completion date: 25.09.2009

The aim of the project is to determine the amount of expected changes in import demand for polish goods in the times of crisis and after its end at the most important European and world markets.

The evaluation is going be conducted with the use of newest structural and multisector DSGE model, developed in the Institute for Structural Research.

Along with model analysis to make decomposition of former economic disturbances which had impact on export from Poland and to evaluate ex-ante a possible way out of the crisis, statistic analyses are going to be conducted to illustrate processes in the evolution of import demand for polish goods at the most important markets.

Project being done for: Ministry of Economy
