Operational Programme Human Capital is a document of crucial importance for the shape of the public intervention carried out from the means of the European Social Fund in the period of 2007-2013. The Ministry of Regional Development entrusted to the experts of the Institute for Structural Research the task of a comprehensive assessment of the indicators monitoring the program realization suggested in the OP HC project as well as calculations of the indicators' initial and target values.
