The main aim of the project was to estimate the flexibility of the labour markets in Poland in reference to the chosen countries of the Eurozone and NMS8 as well as to identify the causes of the differences appearing in these flexibilities rate, i.e. disparities in pace and smoothness of particular macroeconomic shocks absorption between examined countries.
