Creation and development of Science/Technology Parks is one of the most important components of the Pro-innovation policy in Poland. The dynamic growth of public expenditures for creation and development of Science/Technology Parks indicates the necessity of their functionality evaluation. Therefore the main goal of the project was to evaluate effectiveness of such institutions and to analyze the risk connected to such Pro-innovation policy.
